At Trootaste, we deeply value the trust you place in us. We put our heart into delivering premium-quality tea to your doorstep. While most of our deliveries go smoothly, if something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re just a message away.
📦 Damaged or Broken Delivery?
If your order is delivered in a damaged or tampered condition:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product as soon as you receive it
- If possible, mention the issue to the delivery agent while accepting the parcel
- Send us the images and a brief description via email at ttrootaste@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Please ensure the item is unused and remains in its original packaging
Once we receive your request and the product is returned to us for verification, we’ll process a replacement or refund as per our review.
🛠️ Product Not as Expected or Defective?
If you believe the item is defective or not in the condition you expected:
- Contact us at ttrootaste@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item
- Share images of the product and outer packaging for inspection
- Ensure the product is unopened and maintained in original condition
We will review the case and issue a replacement or refund based on the concern.
❌ Can I Cancel My Order After Payment?
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, at the moment:
💳 Orders paid online through Razorpay cannot be cancelled once placed.
This is because we begin processing and packing your order almost immediately to ensure fast delivery. We’re actively working to build more flexibility in the future.
That said, if your order has any issue upon arrival (like damage or wrong item), we’re always here to make it right.
❗Important Notes:
- No returns/refunds will be accepted for used, opened, or partially consumed items.
- We do not accept returns based on taste preferences, unless the product is defective.
- All claims are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the returned product (if applicable).
